well first you draw the scene. then you start to animate it. dont start animating till u got the scene done. that way everything fits. then to animate like a person. make each arm, each leg, torso, and head dif symbols so that when you animate it all you are doing is moving the symbols. not the lines. moving only lines takes alot more time then just moving symbols.
