[eroded] Magazine Issue 6 Released!

As always, P2L loves to remind everyone about the free and wonderous design e-mag Eroded Magazine. Please take your time at http://www.555design.org and browse yourself through the mag and the rest of it. Today there's also a new wallpaper for those who are into that kind of stuff.

Deadline for submissions for Issue7 is June 30. The theme is Flowers, so I expect nothing less than your minds flourishing til then!

Want to Replace MS Paint?

This just in from the contact page: This is an "unofficial" replacement for the Paint program being used for the 32 bit versions of Windows 2000 and XP Home and Pro. It recently began on May 6, 2004 and has been growing with more people taking interest in it. It is open-source and people who are good with coding are invited to make their own effects in the hopes they may be included in future versions of Paint.NET.

It is being developed as one of the first 64 bit image editors for the Windows 64 bit OS and can be used with Tablet PC's.

The newest version Paint.NET v2.1 recently was released and it looks promising. For those who want to work with it and put a tutorial or an effect together, it would be greatly appreciated.

Official Paint.NET Page!

That's it for tonight folks!
