Hey

Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to make glossy icons, like those used in the nav on this site.

I could'nt find anything either, but I did find this, witch covers the "basics" of starting it

well in the nav bar its really simple. doesnt really need a tut. its just a gradient with a small difference between the brighnesses and maybe saturation. a simple effect that can add a really nice touch. its amazing what little gradients can do for ya.

theres actually a fabulous glass icon (round) tutorial on 13dots taht can easily be changed to apply to rectangles etc. i would suggest that one if you want a really high quality effect...not sure of a link right now, but it should be too hard to find
