Just in case you're not sure what we're talking about, here's a quick reduced sample of the header area of the layout:
The purchase will include ALL source PSDs I have from the first day I started working on this layout till the last time I made any graphical changes. The art pack also includes never before seen buttons and headers, sample artwork that was tested out and not used, custom buttons sets and much more! You'll have enough layout artwork for 3 sites! Pricing is as follows:
P2L v1 PSD set copy: 40$
These are the PSDs only and you do not own exclusive rights to the images. This means that while you can use the images freely as you choose, but you do not own the copyright to them. You are not authorized to re-sell this template without my permission.
P2L v1 PSD and sliced HTML template single sale: $500
This pack includes all artwork and a sliced up HTML template of the site. Under this deal, you own the copyright and the site is exclusively yours and will no longer be sold by Pixel2life.com. Aside from an archival screenshot for nostalgic reasons, we retain no ownership, and you can resell the template as you choose. Any shared $40 purchases are still valid and you agree to not legally persue any party that has purchased the package prior to your ownership.
At this point in time, there have been 0 purchases, so complete exclusive ownership is still available.
A lot of time and energy went into this layout and you won't be disappointed with your purchase. Should you wish to make a purchase, please send your payment to via paypal using email address info (at) pixel2life.com and in the notes of your payment, include your full name, mailing address and package you wish to purchase. Your layout will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Also up for grabs is the Tutorialseek version 2 layout, which was only used for a couple of months before we removed the site and simply forwarded the domain to P2L. Here's a resized sample:
TS v2 PSD set copy: $30
TS v2 PSD and sliced HTML template single sale: $300
Same policies as stated for the P2L v1 layouts apply to these two packages.
At this point in time, there have been 0 purchases, so complete exclusive ownership is still available.
All funds earned through these template sales will go towards the purchase of prizes for future contests and giveaways as well as operational costs!

My question to you is:
Will it be completely coded or just simple html? I would be much more interested in buying the full version if it came with the php and everything else included. Otherwise it's just a pretty template, know what I mean.

This is a layout only... this is intended to be sold as a layout for your own site, and it not being sold as a tutorial site. All logos and references will be removed when delivered. This is the layout only.Sounds very interesting.

*shrug* It doesn't matter all that much to me to be honest. My portfolio consists of over 200 corporate websites and hundreds of digital designs from posters, to exhibition booths to CD covers. One less won't kill mekinda weird really... I would have kept that layout and added it to my portfolio... If you left it a while and knew that people would always be able to see it eventually you would start getting some big offers in for it...

It's not a pretty picture When the first person buys it, I'll have to go through it a bit and organize it so it makes sense.haha i'd buy that just to study the psd
