Ok, here it is:

The Video Tutorial!

1. Find a movie in QuickTime format (.mov) For game movies; http://www.gametrailers.com
2. Download it and open up imageready. Hit limit to every [2nd] frame. And then hit selected range only.
3. Now look through your movie with the slider, find the scene you like, then hit shift and move the slider until the scene ends.
4. Now you have the movie! Now crop it to make sure you have no black in it. (Sometimes there will be a black bar on the top and bottom.)
5. Now resize the image to your liking.
6. Then drag the movie into the sig you would like it in and you’re done. If you would like to add a border you can by using the polygon lasso tool.

It's as easy as that!
