Additionally, for the examples page what are you going to be looking for? I have quite a few sites in development, none of which are done though. But I do have alot of done Sigs I can upload and show.... And I can show some of the tutorials I have written..
AND how could I show if I'm good at CSS??

the tutorial will be on what i deem to be your category to write for which you will get an email back from me asking for that
and your tutorial on p2l can be used as portfolio information on the application, but not for the trial

Applicatants are accepted or denied based on the work they present and/or the work they complete upon request (a trial tutorial). Thus, if you write good, comprehensive tutorial, you should have a shot
