EDIT: !! I FOUND IT OUT!! w00t! .... hrm... you must ctrl click on the layer thumbnail, not just anywhere on the layer. (the thumbnail beside the layer name in the layers palette)

Hi, i have photoshop cs2, upgrading from cs a few moments ago actually, and i already have a problem :).

In CS you could ctrl-click on a layer to select all pixels in that layer, but in CS2, when i do the same thing, nothing happens.

Did they change the button configuration?

Help appreciated,
Mike.

It works, finally, no going back to original cs lol.

Yeah, someone I know had the same problem. I've always been clicking the thumbnail though, so I didn't notice the difference until he pointed it out. :)

When you control click the layers, it highlights them so you can link them, Move them all, Etc. You must click the thumbnail or the picture you are working on.
