So, I have this picture, and my boss wants me to make it looks like this. I tried all similar tutorials from this site, and nothing. I don't know what to do.
I don't have no scanner, so I can't scetch this with my own hands. Please, please help me somebody.

sure u cant get sum tracing paper n go over the image? just a thought im probably wrong
