yeah - sorry - i get the square overlay thing (i think) and the animation isnt that important but how do you manage to do that to a face!?!

They probably used some sort of graphics program (photoshop maybe?) to make his face like that, then turned into a mask in flash and had some animated squares underneath it. That's the impression I get anyway.

well my only guess for the face would be possibly a vector? i dont see how you can do that to someones face and it kinda has that vectorish look.

I've found this tutorial on my bookmarkcollection..
I think this is the solution for your request.. no need of flash or anything for the head.. squares have been done in flash, that's sure..
