Is there a way to put in a SOTW in phpbb, IPB or vBulletin so the winner is showing on top of the page?

header and footer should work, i think there is a hack for somthing like that for ivp

There is actually.

It is a mod called

PHP Includes for IPB 2.x

I have it on my forum for 2.x, but I am not sure if it is able for 1.x


With that mod, you are allowed to do php includes in your wrappers
