I am currently very excited about my first small 3D produciton. However, i just hit a brick wall.
My animation is intended to involve a figure picking up a doll. Currently the doll has ragdoll. What i would like to happen is for the main character (who has a biped attached to physique modifier) to pick up the doll in his hand. The doll will look lifeless (since it has ragdoll). However, i am having trouble when trying to link the main character's hand to the doll. Does anyone have any ideas?
If i can't make this work, can someone please give me a brief tutorial on soft body. I tried to make my character a soft body, but i can't add it to the soft body collection. I tried putting a rigid body collection on the doll but didn't help.
Please, if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it. =]

To provide a a clear senario, here is the following:
I again made a very simple scene with two bipeds (one larger than the other). I selected the center node of the small (the 'doll') biped and proceeded to connect that to the hand of the larger biped.
I got the following error message, 'Link constraint not completed'.
Can anyone please hElp?
