I don't like the text and it's too dark/plain and monotoned. Try using different brushes. What exactly are you trying to do? If we knew that, we could give you better ideas on how to improve.

i get the dark theme and evryithing, but you went a bit overboard on thisn...cant raelly see the detail or the text

Good design, but dont set the background as black. Use render >> clouds as the background then apply a color balance, should work nicely.

The tech circles are a little too 'basic' for my liking.
Otherwise, not bad.

Took me a while to find the text Kinda basic... Try silver for the font, maybe that while show a little better. I don't know what to say about the tech circles...
