Yeah... it definitely has some elements of the old layout but not really worth getting excited about. People steal the icons and overall layouts all the time and I just don't have time to chase them all lol!

All good rippers end up at Ripper Hunting or Pirated Sites to be named & shamed They do a great job in bringing sites down.

That's funny. That site claims to be a gfx repository.
If that's the case, why are they so lacking that the presentation layer has no graphical content?
That's a very poor excuse for a graphics site.
I've made better graphics for splash screens, and they take no more than 5 minutes each. lol.

Hey, I was just wondering; can the piracy authorities (in whatever form) take down a site if it's on a privately owned server? I would have thought that to be very difficult.

Most of these dudes have their sites hosted elsewhere, if they're smart, so easy to take down (at least by agreement with the server managers).
But what if they have their own stacks?

In that case you move up to their datacenter providor and file a complaint with them, they'll unplug the box

I am getting quite sick of this,
I did NOT rip any site,
all the work was done by myself,
and I totally made the site out of CSS,
with all the images done myself, etc!!!

If one site looks like another, yeah that happens,
I did this one totally myself, and got quite a few people
who followed me building it and it's contents.

if you mean it has 3 columns, well, 60% of the sites has that,
In google alone there are 8.058.044.651 pages at the moment,
Do you think it's really possible to make a exclusive website?
There will always be other sites that look the same.

If I would be using any ripped images, code or whatever,
yeah then I would have ripped a site,
but this is totally my own creation!

Ok this is beating a dead horse folks. There's some obvious similarities and inspiration, but if I'm not getting upset, I don't think other people should. If I feel there is a violation and someone has infringed on our intellectual property, I can guarantee you the owner, host, and or data center will hear from my attorney.
