semi-dynamic sig

I want to make a dynamic sig that displays a quote from a list in a .txt file; but all the tuts I find are how to do IP's or Now Playing etc; and it isnt really helping. Anyone know how to do this?

Have you searched the tuts database on Pixel2life?

I see one in 20 latest tutorials if thats of any help, btw just to remind you we don't allow dynamic sigs here.

Ok; I'm not actually wanting to use it as a sig; It's just I've never heard of "dynamic banners" before; so I thought dynamic sig would attract more attention. I'll go and have a search now.
