Its good.. but, the text definately needs to have work done. And if your trying to get the glossy effect onit, i don't think you have acvieved it fully. Check out some tutorials on the index for improvement

This is artwork? a gradient, an image your cut and pasted, and text. You aren't giving much to comment on. Looks alright, I suppose.
