A whole bunch of paint bucket fills and strokes isn't helping. Nor are the polygon lasso tool cuts. Try to look at some tutorials, or websites, and get some cool effects from them, and using them in a design. The picture of the city isn't very great. Basically, it just looks like you threw it together as fast as possible.

Just letteting you know, your watermark isn't helping you, because I could take it off in about 5 minutes. =]

"Try to look at some tutorials, or websites, and get some cool effects from them, and using them in a design. " I meant, learn how to do the effects, and use them in your designs. I could have worded that better. >_<

i could do it in 3!!
its ok, but theres not enough color, and yea, replace teh paint bucket fills with subtle gradients and inner glows and such, would look better, and if the header had black buildings with white windows/lights, it would also look better.
