Croping and sizeing down Movie

I have a .mov that I want to Size down like you would an image in photoshop. And I also want to crop out just the middle part. What would I use to do this and how? can I do it in flash because that what I plan to put it in? Any help welcome

You could possibly import the movie into flash and put it into a movie clip. Then since you want just the middle to show, put a border around it covering up the edges. I don't really know much about video editing though, sorry.

you need to take some videoediting software like FinalCut or Premiere.
There are also a lot of free proggies, that do such stuff..

I found this Windows Movie maker on my comp but it doesnt support .MOV. anyone know any virus free .Mov to .wma or what ever windows movie format is?

you don't need to convert to wma.. avi or mpeg is just good also

No need to use a software, just use QuickTime itself. Click File > Export. Then click Options then click Size. Put your custom size there.

Why making it complex when you can make it easy ;)

Isn't that working only with the Pro Version of Quicktime?
