Slicing is the term used to define the act of separating a layout you've designed in a graphics program like Photoshop into smaller peices to be formatted in an HTML page with tables.

You can find slicing tutorials at http://pixel2life.com/tresults.php?tut=0&c...chQuery=slicing

Its pretty good but I don't like the font style of the "*Can't make out the word* Of America" Part and the box titles seem a bit big and "clunky". It is very good for a first layout, and other that the things above its great ;)
