Trying to un-install and re-install something, and in another thread someone said, then delete it from registries and temp folders.
To me though, that's a foreign language.
Can someone simplify and tell me how to do this?

That's something that should be attempted only by people who know what they are doing, editing your registry can cause your system not to work anymore.

i can guide you through messin with your registry, click start>run type in REGEDIT then the windows that pops up is your registry editor, BE CAREFUL i would only try this with someone who knows a load about the registry, like a tech support person, good luck with it anyways!
