How do i finish it. I don't know what kind of design should i use to make the content boxes and navigation boxes.

I'm not designing this for a website, i'll probably give it away when it's finished.

i think smooth metalish(same style you've been using) buttons underneath the header for the naviagtion would look good, buttons aligned horizontically.
Then right under that, why not a rounded rectiangle with a dark grey stroke and white color fill for the content area.
