alright i need some help...

when i make a border on ps and save the pic to .gif or .jpg the border dissappears...

for ps when i make a border i add a layer over all of them with nothin on it, ill select the rectangular marquee tool and select the whole sig, then i right click inside of it and go to stroke...

then i make a line, 1 px, any color, and select center... so then it shows up on .psd but after i save it to .gif or .jpg its not there but its still on the .psd...

ive also tried outside and inside... ive tried everything i can for any kind of border for my sig but it never works...

anyone have any thoughts ? i will appreciate it...

well, you should put it on inside anyway, and also make sure your border layer is on top of all the other layers

thats how it is but after i save it to .gif or .jpg it dissappears
