Has anyone come across an ipb mod where there is a point/fictitious money system, where it is awarded when certain things happen, or at the administrators discretion.

Did you try looking at http://www.invisionize.com ? That's where I got the mod for my board.

Sorry to say that outlaw the maker of this hack has left there. I don't have the hack so you need to find a site that has it
