What in your view is the best free forum hosting to use. My requirments are:
Unlimited posts & users (mainly users)
Either high or unlimited space
Fully skinnable
FTP upload (not really bothered but would really like o uplad my own things to the forum)

its not a host but its a message board close to this one, www.invisionfree.com, its free too

yes i know, but like i said to get what you are requesting
