Hi, I am interested in size of web pages so that I do not have scroll bars on right side
and lower side. Please so tell me size in this resolutions: 1024 / 768
800 / 600
1280 / 1024

Have you tried experimenting with different widths and heights so theres no scrolling?
Just start with taking 40 pixels off the width.

I dont quite get aour question. You want to make a webpage that has NO SCROLLBARS on either the right side nor the bottom? Well, in that case make a website that is smaller than 800x600, as that is the smallest resolution used these days (there is still 640x400, but like 1 in 50 million use that)

775px looks nice and produces no horizontal scrollbars

I found 770px is a good width for 800x600, but whatever. And for height just make a website that's like 550px or something. But you should really have to worry about scrolling down, that's just a part of the internet. You scroll down on almost every site.
