Just sign up at the P2L toplist than you get the button with your ID

If you just want to link to P2L, you can just use that button and link to P2L. Otherwise apply as a topsite and you get a button with a personal ID that counts how many people click on the link from your site. P2L will also link to yours via the topsites

Syndrome's correct, to conserve P2L's bandwidth, please save the image and upload it to your server.
