Hi,

Does anyone know how to change the location of the temp folder (usualy something like C:\Document and Settings\User Name\Local Setting\) to another location, preferably on another hard drive...? I am using XP Pro encase that helps!?

i doupt it because then any program or setting that runs off that url will cease to work. unless your willing to change the program/settings url that it refers from to the new one.

control panel >> system >> advanced tab >> environment variable button >> double click temp and tmp in the top lil window to change them.

It's like your enviorment variables...it's been so long...need to brush up on my windows knolledge.
