Invision Uploading

I've purchased Invision Power Board but i cant upload it to my board. I understand you use ftp but I would appreciate some help.

Your package come in 3 folders (once extracted). You need to upload the content of the "upload" folder to your FTP. Note that the board should be uploaded on the root or in a sub-folder. (using /folder/folder/folder/ is not recommended). Then you need to do the required CHMOD to the files and folder (check the install.html file for files list). Then point your browser to install/. You will need to create a database also during the install, (in cPanel or PHPMyAdmin).

Full instructions come with IPB its a straight walk through, even if never used its easy to understand.

Thats why they have read me files :(

I tried connecteding through FTP to http://s7.invisionfree.com/BoardName/
but I couldnt connect

2. Can I install modifications to my board?... No you can not. You can however request a feature to be added to all boards.

7. Do you provide FTP access?... We do not provide FTP access at this time. Images and attachments can be uploaded from your browser.
