i think it's so basic animation, that noone will post any tutorial about that. i searched around with google and pixel2life, but i found nothing. could someone be so nice and explain me how to do such animation?

Use image ready and open the animations window,
set 1 frame to have 1 lite lit up and the other not, or however you want it to look, then do the same on the next fram, but with opposite lites. Then just mess around with the duration the frames are set for.
