Looks really nice! I like the colors!
The only thing i think might need a little make over is the text!
Try another font maybe!

Everything is almost perfect except the text, like crixter said, might I suggest a techy/grungy font since that is what the signature combines.

It is better, but could be improved on, try using a different layer style, that one doesn't seem to do the job...

well I have ran out of fonts....I went hunting but all the sites I know I have all their good tech fonts and none seem to look rgiht, any suggestions for fonts?

1st: text could be better
2nd: I would have contrasted the background image a little bit more so you get different shades of blue. Now it's all just.....blue
3rd: Try to let the render jump out more. Maybe with a soft blue glow?
