I'm having a problem with transparency. Someone else saved a pic for me, and it turned out like this:

Then I tried it with the exact same settings (he gave me a screenshot of the settings) and got this:

What am I doing wrong? (the first one has a larger dropshadow just to show someone that it actually has a dropshadow, but that's not the point since it works with a smaller one too)

I believe its the noise transparency in the settings, try playing with that or save as png-24 (that usually gives better transparency in mine opinion)

Correct, PNG-24 has the best transparency, and also the highest filesize

Why not simple transparent gif instead?
