Good job! I am not that great myself but one thing on like the 1st and 3rd one mainly is blending the render with the background and rest of the sig a little more. Other than that good work!

nice but your text needs some work + your renders are too small imo

1st sig:
Add more contrast
Put an soft effect on the text
score: 7/10
---
2nd sig:
Add more contrast
Try to blend the render a little bit
score: 8/10
---
3rd sig:
Quite nice background
Don't like the text layer color burn
Try to blend the render a bit better (with a bigger tolerance)
Add a border (or make it more visible)
score: 8/10
