IE shows site wrong

Is there anyway to fix the problem with the header? Also there are problems near the footer but I think thats cus of the header.

I see nothing wrong in IE since you don't exactly state whats wrong add a screenshot please.

lol i fixed the header but im still figuring out the footer :)

EDIT: I got footer working now. damn microsoft making me have to do more work than necessary :)

I believe my partner in web design ran into a problem like this once, Explorer doesn't like empty <td>'s or <tr>'s or something like that...
