So question, everytime I add any kind of javascript on mine site. I get a little yellow bar at the top of IE, protecting us from the dangerous javascript. :D
So the question is, is there any way to get rid of this little yellow non-protecting bar from popping up and killing my javascript?

I think there is in the settings of IE but you can't do it from your script. Otherwise it wouldn't be a very good security measure would it? :D

The security bar only pops, for me anyway, when I am running a webpage that I made that contains javascript locally form any where on my HDD. When its on the net its fine.

It can be annoying yes. The way i resolve it is to make a 'dummy' link that links to the actual page your working on. SAo when you make changes to the webpage. Just click the link and the changes will get applied when you click the link.
Therefoere you just have to right click on the annoying pop-up once.

Hope that helps a little
