Yes it's index.php if you look at index.php you can see it looks crappy.....

As you can see on the corners there are some minor glitches that I just can't get fixed

Please feel free to view the source to see if you can fix it! And raenaf I don't mind if you turn it into divs

Well I looked at your code, created a local copy of your site here for testing, and fixed your corners and your copyright div:
It was all a matter of the td widths really. Theres some extra bugs here and there (such as 0100% instead of 100%) but I have a working html version of your page tested in both firefox and ie. Im sure you'll know what to change if you're using phpincludes and all that. Also as a sidenote I noted the problems I changed with a big ole PROBLEM marker :-p to help both me and you keep track of what was messing up. Anyways here you are:
