Hi guys, just need a little help :D

Im trying to find a program to model 3D backgrounds (cities, towns, coutryside that sort of thing) that are in the perspective of games like Final Fight and Streets of Rage. Im thinking of applying the textures inside Photoshop because I want to give it a 2D retro look aswell, but if theres a program that could do that anyway please tell me!

Thanks for your help!

Some pics is you've never played em':

thats complete 2d art. its pixel art :D
and the charactes are called sprites. another form of pixel art.. but thats beside the point.
as far as i know, any 2d program (even paint) is the best to create it.

3D background? You can use Cinema4D or 3DStudioMax (harder to use)...

You sure 2D characters are going to look good on a 3D background? :|

I can't think of a single program that can create backgrounds like that (except paint).
But if you want nice easy 3D bg's check out bryce 5.5 (made by D.A.Z i think now i think)

You can use the pencil tool in Photoshop :)
