Hello,
i consider myself to have a good imagination but when i view some of the sigs in the forums, i am amazed they are cool.
How do you go about designing them, i have read the tutorials but i cant come up with ideas like you guys.
where do you all get the backgrounds from?
cheers

read the tutorials on P2L and deviantart and many smaller graphics sites, become a member on other forums so you can get some help and so people can recommend good tutorial sites, photoshop wasn't built in a day, so take the information one at a time, i know "masters" of photoshop won't admit it but they'll find new ways of doing things and discover new functions that they never new of on photoshop, make a range of different formats of images (ex. animation, still images) because after a while you'll forget how to do things with animation or still images, and if you didn't know CTRL+z will undo, ALT+CLTR+z will take you back one step and Shift+CTRL+z will take you foreward one step, and learn the keyboard shortcuts for instance CTRL+o will open the "open" window

cheers anti-angel just been to deviant o look for some free brushes to play with.
However my IP seems to be banned, first time my machine has viewed the site so therefore i cannot register and look for brushes, plus the search tool has been disabled.
Dont suppse you know of ay other goods sites that allow me to get free brushes for using with sigs?
cheers
