lost the tutorial cd

i JUST got cinema 4d and i cant find my tutorial cd anywhere and i have no idea how to use cinema 4d. is there a possible way to download the contents of the cd, or are there any good tutorials for this sort of thing?

go the p2l's main page and click on the cinema 4d section. there are some nice tutorials over there.
