Hi fellas!

I need to create this simple effect but im stuck with it and i can't seem to find anything related to it

so here's what i want:

This is the first image:



and this is the final image:


i want to make the orange fill the arrow gradually like those nice loading flash animations we see in a lot of sites and then make it flash fastly

i know how to make the flashing part (hide and unhide layers) but the filling i cant do

i tried to make a solid orange block underneath the arrows but the effect it gives is kinda bad i want to make the orange flow inside the arrows curves

can u guys help out?
