I know that this one isnt something that you would expect a chick to do....but...im trying to practice, so if i see a image that i think i can work with then...yanno.

But like ive been saying...im having trouble blending certain colors...so i dont know if the method im using is the right one. The method i got was off a tutorial, and it basically said to use different brushes on different layers, and then with those layers use the color balance adjustment layer option for each layer's color you want to change. But its like i cant get the colors that i want...and its getting frustrating. ;) It seems like everything i do keeps coming up red or yellow. Even if i have a color balance that is blue! Ive even tried the hue/saturation option.
But i want to get a hang of this so...the new one i made..i want yall to be honest and tell me what i should have done, or what doesnt work and stuff like that. Or if anybody has some advice on what i should try differently....ill love it.
I know that practice makes perfect and all...but whats the purpose of practicing if you're practicing the wrong technique? yanno? Anywho...thanks guys. :D

You did a pretty good job. Render matches for the most part except on the shoulder where it is green, not sure what happened there. But color flows through the sig, background fits. Good work, just keep playing with it untill you get what you want.

thanks, but when i originally started it...i wanted it to be greenish yellow mix, but somehow...it became more and more red...no matter what i did...so i finally just said forget it and made everything red. But if i wanted to something like the color of yours for instance....i cant get it.

I know though...gotta keep practicing. ;)

sig looks good.......if your blending and your bg is red to begin with what u blend will have red...blending can be hard at first...i always make a bg with 5-10 layers of brushing ect and blend my render under a few layers and use blending options then..if i need to...opacity level can also help aswell....your on the right road just keep going ;)
