So I want to put this form on my website that allows you to put a bunch of information in text fields like your name, email, stuff like that and like has radio buttons that you can press and then at the end you can push send and it will send all the information from every field (including which radio buttons are selected) all to my email....

How do I go about doing this? I only know HTML so that doesnt do me any good. Is there a free code like that somewhere that i can get?

Do I have to pay someone to make me that code?

please help i need this ASAP.

Thanks.

Ok one more question. sorry...

I went to the site and generated the form but if you dont have the 'default mail client' installed it doesnt send it. Is there a way to have it save to a text file and have the text file sent to you? or like... have it send the form to you without having to have outlook or something installed?

Do a search for php "mail" tutorials.
And then do a search at php.net for the mail function.
