u can select more than 1 layer by holding shift in ps 9 cs2

but thats only in cs2, and only for layers. so, in seperate images, apply the filter to one image, then choose another image, and press ctrl + f. then go to another image and press ctrl + f again. the exact same filter should be applied each time
