hi
does anyone know how to make a pixelated effect like on the old P2L header, it looks so cool and i want to try it out. i have looked for it on P2l, but i couldn't find anything. i will apreiciate any help

filter - pixelate - mosaic. then once its added, edit - fade mosiac. cheers
