Unzip your theme into this folder:
C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes
Then right click on your desktop, go to Properties and Themes.
Now simply find your theme and click ok.
Thats all it takes.

all you have to do is unlock your task bar, then drag it to the top of your screenWow. i think i may have to get a Theme customiser thing myself, just to get my screen flipped Twooded style
