Okay I've tryed serching for this but I just dont know what do say to get it so could someone try to help me? I have a Flash Vidio but I want a button at the start to say "start" and when you click on it it starts the vidio. Can anyone tell me how to do that or link me to a tutorial please?

Not sure if that's what you mean but you could simply make another movie that as a "start" button. When the button is clicked, the movie load your flash video file.
