Inner Shadows and ohter Blending Options

Hey guys .. this is my first post.. i was just wondering how i could add more than one Inner shadow (or any Blending Option) on an object like you can Macromedia Fireworks..

Duplicate the layer, change fill opacity to 0% and then add the extra setting you want. (Make sure to link them though.)

also or/ create the shape. add the shadow. create a new layer under the shape. click on the shape layer in the palette window. press ctrl + e to merge. then add another shadow :P
