when I open an image with photoshop CS and after that when I want to add a new layer, it isn't possible.
This action is locked.
So I use a new image and add my image to it but I hope there is another methode

Hi all
when I open an image with photoshop CS and after that when I want to add a new layer, it isn't possible.
This action is locked.
So I use a new image and add my image to it but I hope there is another methode
