how can u connect the index with forum database
below are some ques
1. How can i make a button
that when someone has been registed in my forum
can enter user and pass at the index
and login --> move to forums???
2. How can i update lasted news from news box in our forum ^^

Depends, what kind of forum are you using? If you're using phpBB, then i already have a couple of tutorials for that, just search the p2l database (php coding).
