When i make circles using the elliptical marquee tool it blur the egdes of it so it mix with the background.

I have spent two days now fixing this problem but i cant find the solution.. SOMEONE HELP !!! PLS

When you have your elliptical marquee tool selected, make sure you set the "Feather" value to "0 px"' (without the quotes). This will diminish the 'blurr' effect on your selection. You can also select/deselect the "Anti-aliased" checkbox to have the border of your circle smooth/pixelly. All of these options can be found at the top bar for the tool you select. Hope this helps.
