Your question is honestly a little vague. I'm assuming you are basically asking where to go from here, with knowing Photoshop and enjoying the design process of web layouts. I'll just work off of that assumption to throw an answer out there for you.
If you believe you are pretty good at designing, you can start out by building up a portfolio. A simple way to do that is finding people online, such as through forums, that need a design done for them, and for relatively cheap. Since you need to build up a reputation and a portfolio to prove you are good, you can't charge a large amount out the door, obviously. Once you have a good portfolio and/or reputation, you can try to find a firm the employ you professionally so you can make some real money. You can find plenty online.
From there, it really would be beneficial to learn atleast basic XHTML/CSS. This can be a double-kill because not only can you make good designs for people, but you can then also code it into a layout for them to use online immediately, meaning that money goes into your pocket instead of someone else's who the customer would need to hire to code it. This also highly satisfies the customer because they can just get it from you and immediately use it, instead of having to hunt down someone else. Win-win right there.
