I liked his sig a lot.
Anyway, to the one above me. I like this one as well. For an ad sig it's not too loud and annoying.

I love that character
The space around the character could use a little more variety, maybe a scene from the characters cartoon, twisted/edited in a way. The text XIS looks like its placed a bit randomly, crazy galoot could stand out bit more.
Overall I'd rate it a 7/10

I think it is too messy. To sharp lines between the different images and I dont like the stroke on the text.
